Victory 2019 Annual End Summary and 2020 Work Plan

At 9 am on January 4, 2020, the theme meeting of Victory’s “2019 Annual End Summary and 2020 Work Plan” was held in the conference room on the second floor of the Victory office building. Victory’s general manager made an important speech at the meeting. Victory’s business directors, market leaders and employee representatives of various departments made annual summary work reports.

At the meeting, the persons in charge of each business segment successively carried out annual work summary and plan reports. Through combing and analysis of the work in 2019, they checked for shortcomings and gaps and had clearer goals and action plans for the work in 2020. 

Victory’s general manager thanked all employees on behalf of the company. At the same time, he pointed out that the work in 2019 also exposed the deficiencies in market timing control, management system and safety production, which need to be addressed in the new year. In 2020, the company will continue to “create value for customers and take customer needs as its own responsibility”, increase communication and interaction, fully investigate and solve problems for customers. It is necessary to create value for customers, realize cost savings through optimization of technical processes, improve product quality through investment in research and development. 

In 2020, Victory will continue to deepen structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading, market expansion and green development, focus on risk prevention and control, optimize the industry format, and promote high-quality development.
